As described elsewhere in this privacy policy and for purposes of clarity, your video viewing activity, including information as to whether you requested or obtained specific video materials or services, may be collected and shared by Repolet with third parties, including, without limitation, service providers with whom we partner to provide our Services to you, as well as our advertising, social media and other business partners. By using our Services where videos are displayed, you consent to the collection and sharing with third parties of your video viewing activity, if any, with each such consent being valid for two years from the date of such use or until you withdraw your consent by emailing privacy@repolet.com.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of Customer Data resulting from a data breach, cyber-attack, or security incident affecting the Company’s network or any third-party service providers utilized by the Company. The Company takes commercially reasonable steps to secure Customer Data; however, Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
Customer’s Failure to Follow Security Recommendations: Any failure by the Customer to adhere to the Company’s recommended security practices (e.g., using strong passwords, protecting account credentials).
Third-Party Actions: Any unauthorized access or data breach attributable to a third-party service provider or a malicious third-party actor, provided the Company has exercised reasonable diligence in selecting and verseeing such providers.
Consequential Damages Limitation: The Company’s liability in the event of a data breach shall be limited to direct damages only, and under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to reputational harm, business interruption, or loss of profits.
Notification and Mitigation Obligations
The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to promptly notify affected Customers of any security incident involving Customer Data as required by applicable law. The Customer agrees to cooperate with the Company in any mitigation efforts following a breach, including following security recommendations provided by the Company.

Our Services may contain links to other websites, applications or services that are not owned or controlled by us, including links to Social Media Platforms, or may redirect you off our Services to other locations for information or other services. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by our Services. We are not responsible for the privacy and security practices of other websites, applications or social media platforms or the information they may
collect (which may include IP address or device identifiers). You should refer to such third parties’ privacy policies on their sites to determine their respective privacy practices. THE REPOLET EXTENSION
Information the Extension May Access
For every webpage you view while using the Extension, the Extension may have access to your IP address, the full general information about your browser, and general information about your computer or device’s operating system. We use this information solely to enable functionality of the Extension.
Information About Visited URLs
The Extension will have access to all webpages you open through the browser where the Extension is installed. Furthermore, any data you enter into the address bar, along with your IP address, is transmitted to Repolet and third parties which data Repolet uses for the Extension, such as Google, Alexa, Bing and others (the list of such third party services is contained in the “Parameters” section of the Repolet toolbar settings). You agree that such data you enter into the address bar may contain personally identifiable or other sensitive information at your own risk.
We do not assume or accept responsibility as to how the indicated third parties store or handle such data. Please be aware of this fact and familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of such third parties before you start using the Extension.
Automated Statistics
We may collect anonymized automated statistics of the use of the Extension on a specific computer or device. These statistics includes such data as the URLs visited, the frequency of use of each extension parameter, and other user activities within the Extension. We use the third party service, Google Analytics, to collect the statistics. We do not control how they handle the data being processed, so please familiarize yourself with Google’s Privacy Policy at
https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ before you start using the Extension. You can disable collection of the statistics in the “Settings” section of the toolbar. In such case, no above-mentioned statistical data from your computer will be obtained by us.

Limitation of Liability in the Event of Data Breach
In the unlikely event of a data breach, Repolet will notify affected users in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Users acknowledge that they assume the risks associated with the transmission of information over the internet, and that Repolet is not liable for any unauthorized access that arises from conditions beyond our control.
ACCESSING, CORRECTING, OR DELETING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Repolet is based in the United States and uses service providers located in the United States to operate our business and maintain our relationship with you. When you use our Services, your Personal Data may be transmitted, stored, and processed by us and our service providers’ servers in the United States to deliver the services you requested, manage our contract with you, or respond to your inquiries as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Legitimate Interests
“Legitimate interests” means the interests of our company in conducting and managing our organization.
